Food Porn: Egg Tarts

So on Sunday, I decided to make egg tarts to celebrate the new year, and they were delicious. The tart pans were a little bigger than predicted, which meant it took forever to put in crusts and then fill them, but in the end, it worked out really nicely.

They weren't exactly like the egg tarts you can find in Chinatown, but they were just as delicious.
