Just making things and being alive about it: The queer games scene - How a growing group of independent developers is using video games to share the reality of their lives.

I really liked this long-form article about queer games. I think there's something to be said about gaming as a way of conveying an experience. There's a level of interactivity there that's really unparalleled in other forms of entertainment, and I love seeing the new ways people learn to speak their existence, the new tools they use to express their creativity.
